This bathroom remodel required the shower to have a major renovation. It had been installed in the 1930’s. The wall behind the shower was drywall and the soap dish had fallen off the wall revealing the old drywall. In the shower area it was necessary for the tiles be removed and the old porcelain tub was removed. Due to the water damage the walls needed to be taken back down to the studs. Some of the studs needed repairing with new lumber. Insulation was placed in the walls and cement boards were intstalled. Plumbing fixtures have changed styles so the plumbing was updated. A new walkin-in-shower base was installed with dark blue tile and white grout were placed on the shower walls. Plumbing fixtures with an adjustable shower head were installed. A new sink, a new medicine cabinet, and a light fixture were installed to modernize the bathroom.
This bathroom was a complete renovation. The plastic tub was replaced with a porcelain tub and ceramic tile walls. An antique dresser was altered to accommodate the plumbing. A marble sink was installed on top. Outdated linoleum flooring was replaced with a tile floor. The water heater was moved and a linen closet was placed in that space. Plumbing was updated in shower area to meet new plumbing fixture styles. Gold towel rack fixtures and an antique style mirror was placed over the sink.
This bathroom was original to a home built in 1880’s. The marble sink was the original sink and the homeowner did not want to replace it. The floor in this bathroom had been damaged by a leaking toilet. Therefore subbase flooring needed to be replace. The cabinets were old and outdated and the faucets were old and no longer functioning. A new tile floor was laid and the toilet was replaced and had a new wax ring insyalled. New faucet fixtures that looked antique were installed. New cabinets with cubbies behind the top cabinets were installed and painted. New light fixtures that looked antique were installed using existing wiring and an antique style mirror replaced the square mirror.
This bathroom was a total renovation. The bathroom installed in the 1950’s had disintegrating walls. The walls had to be taken back to the studs and the plumbing required updating. The tub had to be replaced due to the porcelain being damaged. Insulation was installed and cement board was installed in the shower area. The bath walls were tiled with ceramic tiles and a porcelain tub was installed. Subbase flooring was repaired and floor tile was laid. New shower fixtures, vanity, and a vent fan were installed.
Customer wanted the tile floor replaced with laminate flooring. This required the old tile to be taken up and new laminate underlayer and flooring to be installed.
Customer wanted tub replaced. Tub was removed and new tub was installed with beautiful tile. New shower fixtures were installed.
The customer requested the shower be replaced. It was removed and a shower insert was installed. The bathroom had the plumbing updated with a new sink, laminate flooring, painting, and lighting fixtures installed.
