Homes Remodeled
This home from the 1920’s needed extensive remodeling the front hall, front room, dinning room, kitchen, bathroom, multiple bedrooms. Two additional bathrooms were added. Plumbing pipes and fixtures needed repairing or replacement. Plaster walls were cracked and had to be repaired or replaced with drywall. Floors had been painted green were striped sanded, and stained.
This was a Closet
COTTAGE
This small cottage needed the walls removed for renovation. Walls were dark brown as was the woodwork, they were replaced and were painted a soft white color. The bathroom needed new drywall behind the bathtub walls had rotted and was replaced with cement board and tiled. Floors were torn carpet that animals had ruined. The floors were cleaned and sealed with new subbase floor and then laminant floor was placed through out the cottage. The kitchen had more cabinets added and new appliances installed as well as a dishwasher and washer washer dryer hook up.
Permission was given by customer to display the bathrooms remodeled.
